j'ai téléchargé le jeu par Steam. Je voulais jouer en ligne et on m'a demandé de créer un compte (malgré que je passe par steam). Je l'ai créé et j'ai ensuite tenté de me connecter. il y a un message d'erreur "mot de passe invalide" alors que pas du tout. J'ai voulu réinitialisé mais je ne reçois rien sur ma messagerie. Donc je suis bloquée en local. Pourtant quand je partage mon avis en jeu, je reçois un message de remerciement. Il y a donc un bug. D"'autant que je pensais qu'en passant par Steam, comme pour les autres jeux, la connexion était automatique.
Quant au jeu lui même, je trouve que même le mode facile est extrêmement dur et en local aucune progression de niveau, pas de deck à concevoir soi même (à la limite ce n'est pas grave) mais bref, c'est assez redondant du coup sans réelle récompense ou aide à la progression. J'ai l'impression que les IA sont survoltée avec des cartes bien meilleures au tirage. Ou alors je n'ai pas saisie le système de tirage mais il faut dire que pour les "novices" ça manque d'explication sur les règles même avec le didacticiel. Et d'astuces aussi. bref, un peu déçue. Peut§être qu'en jouant en ligne si on me permet de me connecter j'y verrai plus d'intérêt.. Mais là...

i downloaded the game through Steam. I wanted to play online and was asked to create an account (even though I'm using Steam). I created it and then tried to log in. there is an error message "invalid password" when there is none at all. I wanted to reset but I received nothing in my mailbox. So I'm stuck locally. However, when I share my opinion in game, I receive a thank you message. So there is a bug. Especially since I thought that by going through Steam, as with other games, the connection was automatic.

As for the game itself, I find that's extremely hard, even in easy mod, and locally no level progression, no deck to design yourself (ultimately it doesn't matter) but in short, it's quite redundant therefore without any real reward or help with progression. I have the impression that the AI ​​​​are overexcited with much better cards in the draw. Or I didn't understand the drawing system but it must be said that for "novices" there is a lack of explanation of the rules or tips even with the tutorial. So i'm feeling disappointed. Maybe by playing online if I'm allowed to connect I'll see more interest in it.. But there., it's not...

I have no answer since my message 15h ago. And i can't have a connexion to play online. I don't receive the message to reset my wordpass neither on my mail; althought my wordpass is not the problem i'm sure. What is going on? Is there customer service? If you can't do anything, refund me!

It was a weekend pal... be a bit more patient and most surely they'll contact you tomorrow regarding these issues.

Now, regarding the difficulty: Dune is not "easy". It's a resource management + deck building game and if this is the first time playing this kind of mixed genre it is quite normal to be confused and make mistakes. So I would suggest you to redo the tutorial again, slowly, and try to assimilate everything is being said there. DWD Dune's tutorial is without doubts one of, if not THE best around in the digital tabletop world (imo). Then try play a couple of games against the Easy AI to apply what learned and get a better grasp of the mechanics. You'll see, it will click soon and everything will become clear.

Regarding the creation of an account: the game requires you to do it as clearly stated on Steam's Store Page under game details column on the right

"Requires 3rd-Party Account: Dire Wolf Digital account required for online play"

This, by the way, will allow you to use future game's DLCs on your Steam platform and on any other mobile devices you have (provided you've purchased the base game on each device as well)

Regarding the online connection problem, go here: https://www.direwolfdigital.com/dwd/login/
and try logging in using user and psw you said you created. If that works then the in-game online section should work too but if this isn't the case it might then be a problem with DWD's servers or perhaps you've a VPN enabled?

If logging in from DWD's website doesn't work then use the Forget Password steps and see if you can create a new one.
Once done, open the game and log in using the new credentials and everything should be A-ok.

If this solved it, good!
Otherwise, write an email to [e-mail] as it's the easiest way to get in touch with them (cause understandably they're not monitoring 24/7 steam's forums to solve customers issues)
