I don't expect everyone to play that way, but if I'm having a private match with my friends, we ought to be able to play that way.
Now having been played more with 90 second timer I feel like it's sometimes too short but overall the game can still be too long if one or more players is always taking the maximum time. Like when you are the first to go in the round and draw a bad hand it takes time to figure out what to do especially if you also have intrigue cards to consider playing.
Perhaps some solution where the regular timer is shorter but the first turn of each round is longer would be ideal. Or some way to bank up excess time if you are quicker on some turns.
maybe have that ADHD looked at and not assume everyone has an ADHAD problem like you?
Firstly, that's needlessly agressive and secondly, some of us happen to have stuff to do like working and a zillion other things.
2 hours for a game is a huge time investement for something like that. That's a luxury.
But sure, make it something optional, 90 seconds, 3 minutes, 20 hours...everyone's happy that way.
Yes yes yes. I want to play this with my friends but the turn timer ruins the fun, we can't have conversations like we would irl.
I wonder how many people want to play with friends, how many play only online, how many only solo.
This is really needed. Please don't ignore it. Only one option fixed at 90 seconds is no good.
IE you get 20/25/30mn for the WHOLE game to be allocated as you desire between easy and difficult turns.
If you run out, you have 20s (more or less, not sure ) per turn.
Tbh the system at the moment is totally fine. As long people dont stall on purpose it works totally fine.
Moreover you should have at least 30s to make your turn, some turns you give in a lot of comands and you need have the time to do that.
And you easily deduce what is the max time of a game. (ex : 20mn per player = 1h game max).
