Kwisatz Haderach

I don't know how to play the Kwisatz Haderach.
With this card, I should be able to take an agent i've already placed and place him anywhere on the board. But when I try to use it, the game allows only to play this card on a free space on the board.
Bug or bad use ?

Click and drag the card to the spot you want to use it. Then it will ask you which agent you want to move to that spot.

You pick the space where the agent will go first then you pick which agent to move.

That's what I tried, but I wanted to go on a place allready used by an opponent (the card says even if occupied) but I can't.
The only places I can use the Kwisatz were the free ones.

You still need to either have the resources to go to a specific space or have 2 Fremen influence if it's Sietch Tabr.

You still need to meet the requirements for accessing a space. For example, if it requires water then you'll need to have that amount stockpiled. Otherwise, it will remain inaccessible.
