When hovering over a location, what does this symbol mean?

Can’t figure out what the red line through the circle arrow means when hovering over a board space?

That space is Sietch Tabr.. It requires two influence with the Freman to go to the space. Did you have that at the time? I'm guessing it is the symbol telling you you can't send an agent to that space.

Nah the symbol appears on other locations too

That means that if you send an agent there you won't be able to UNDO your action (cause you'll be revealing hidden info, like drawing an Intrigue or Card from the Deck)
