Werid skills
There is a weird thing i encountered when i went to go look at network fusions for the first time, also to note i have put 300+ hours in the game on PS4, This Lucifer had like, All amp. All targets damage+, and other skills he shouldn't have. Is this apart of the remaster or what?

it's not weird, it's called cheat. I pick that Lucifer to get passive skill that can be transfered to my dummy persona, nothing special about it. Even Tyrant's Mind skill from Satanael is much better than "all atk up" skill from Lucifer.

I havent done anything lategame yet, but I know you can get some broken skills from either DLC persona or fusion accidents.

I think I came across a Lucifer with All Amp and All Targets Dmg+ as well. If I had to guess, they were modded/edited in.

I used this fusion checklist https://aqiu384.github.io/megaten-fusion-tool/p5r/skills

Of which Soul Chain, Almighty Amp, and Magic Ability are network fusion only. Almighty Boost can be found on DLC personae and Network Fusion.

Skill obtained via skill mutation are Taunting Aura and Concealment. (Although you can technically find those skills present in the 2nd ingredient via Network Fusion).
