I did everything in my first playthrough (max confidants, 99% compendium etc) and was like ♥♥♥♥ it I'll do NG+ and fuse him when I unlock the velvet room. Welp once you get to the velvet room you don't have advanced fusion? bro do I seriously need to play more and if so when tf can I get it lol

As Titty said, 5/18 for Strength 1, which is the earliest he can be fused. However, if you care about having a Trait that's not "Pagan Allure," you'll have to wait until 5/23 for Traits to be unlocked.

yeah wait traits to unlock to fuse satanael, don't rush to get satanael, or much better fuse satanael for like endgame.
