i cant seem to get to Lilahammer, Divine Cage map, I've completed the story up to date and was going through hard mode when i was in the map i moved back to grandar to check the monster collector manor then realized there is no portal back nor does completing the mission that sent me in the first place take me there. do i now have to go through god mode and once i get there never leave or am i bugged?...

So as the title says, I last played the game 2 months ago, before that, I had 3 months without playing, the game never unlinked my account, I want to play again today since I have a new phone (the last one got damaged) and it nows asks me to link my account again? Like, I don't have the data link because of getting a new phone being the last one the one that had it, wow, I lost everything, thanks Edit: got my account 'back', the game said that it was delinked and left me with no other choice than to link...
