Wow, account gone forever

So as the title says, I last played the game 2 months ago, before that, I had 3 months without playing, the game never unlinked my account, I want to play again today since I have a new phone (the last one got damaged) and it nows asks me to link my account again? Like, I don't have the data link because of getting a new phone being the last one the one that had it, wow, I lost everything, thanks


Edit: got my account 'back', the game said that it was delinked and left me with no other choice than to link again or to start a new game, thing is that when I tried to create a new game, after confirming the nickname I wanted it to have, the game itself kinda crashed? Don't remember clearly, but it did something and when I started it again, after login in, the game loaded my whole account like it was always linked, my pc is my main platform for the game so I think that, if someone ever goes through that, could do the same I did

Thing is that I first played it on the PC, the main platform of my account was PC, not phone, as it let me play on PC without linking it I just lost everything, I even got most of DMC collab chars

If PC is your main account, can you log onto your PC account and get the code from there?

I have played this game for years from mobile to pc. I have had many...many collab units. I tried logging back today and realized my account is gone. Just wow.

oh ya hate after starting on a new computer that the way it data links is you have to create a new account go through all that tutorial to finally reach the account icon that allows you to relink..
