you can't. Buy on mobile, the benefits applied to steam anyway.

Nevermind, its not a permanent thing. I guess I got this one part of the welcome back package, which just ended, and LC pass is over.

Not going to lie though, losing 5 stamina hurts...

You cannot purchase the LC Pass on Steam. I’d guess it’s to prevent imbalances caused by currency differences in some countries, which might allow some people to take advantage of the lower prices.
