Light mode game for most of the time, relaxing yet demand precision. Too bad, it let time pass by unnoticed.

ARK has turned into an absolute joke of a game and the developers and moderation team are largely to blame. This is a game that demands hundreds sometimes thousands of hours of commitment yet offers zero protection or consistency for players who actually follow the rules.

Certain tribes cheat consistently and openly exploiting bugs meshing teaming and abusing mechanics with zero consequences. These same tribes are reported repeatedly yet nothing is ever done. Meanwhile tribes that do play by the rules are targeted banned or wiped sometimes with moderators actively assisting in those bans.

Support is useless. Tickets are met with generic copy and paste responses that do not address the actual issue. When you ask follow up questions you wait a week or longer just to get another irrelevant template response. No explanations. No accountability. No resolution.

Base building is another nightmare. The developers claim certain ratholes and locations are allowed under their guidelines yet enforcement depends entirely on which game manager happens to review your case. One GM allows it another bans you outright with zero warning or explanation. That level of inconsistency is unacceptable in any competitive or time intensive game.

To make things worse it is painfully obvious that favoritism exists. Friends of the devs or moderators are allowed to abuse exploits and cheat freely while legitimate players are punished. This has completely killed what could have been an incredible game.

ARK does not respect your time effort or sanity. The developers do not address real concerns moderation is biased and inconsistent and cheating is effectively encouraged through inaction.

Save your time. Save your sanity. Stay far away from this game.
