The Street Fighter 30th Anniversary Collection has a proper Versus Mode so this collection shouldn't be an exception.
The Capcom Fighting Collection series are developed in house and they're pretty close to arcade perfect. Imo, there isn't really a need a separate versus mode considering the second player can jump in anytime. Minor inconvenience for character select but isn't a deal breaker.
Well to answer your initial question, most likely not since this game has been out for over 2 years already and Marvel vs Capcom Collection also doesn't have one. Capcom Fighting Collection 2 is most likely be the same as well.
