It seems the early reviews are very casual and only for consoles.

Some people report the game doesn't run on Windows 8.
Most likely won't run on Windows 7.

I tested the game and got it running on an old windows 7 pc with no issues. So at the very least Windows 7 isn't what's causing issues for some people.
