Didn't get pre-order/early access items

Well, that's basically it. It says "Capcom Fighting Collection (Launch)" in Steam key activation section. I wonder if I should've or shouldn't have got those items.

Not sure if using a Steam Key could be an issue.
On your Library page for the Game, you should be able to activate the DLC.
In-game, to check; - Capcom fighting Collection - Music.
The DLC titles would be highlighted in yellow.

No DLC in Steam for this game, no bonus category in the game itself. Double checked this by this moment. Weird

I sent a ticket to Capcom support, lets see what will they say.

I just go into the game selection screen and go to "Museum".... then select "Gallery" or "Music" and I can view the art or play the sound tracks from all the games. works fine for me and I do not remember managing any DLC, unless I just installed it right off the bat at the time of installation and just do not remember it.

You're right that there is no purchasable DLC from the store page, but if you pre-ordered the game properly, it absolutely does appear as a DLC in the game library.

For some reason when I first booted up the game it was turned off by default, so I had to go to the game in my library, scrolled down to the DLC, and I had to check the box that says "Capcom Fighting Collection - Exclusive new illustrations and music remixes"

It's not pre-order for me cause I bought the key in july and then activated it, BUT the page of the game says that duration of these bonuses has been extended as "early purchase".

At this point I strongly believe that it's just an issue with buying a key versus buying a copy directly from Steam, unfortunately.
