Preorder Content?

I recently got this (along with Capcom Arcade Stadium 2's Three Wonders pack, for some reason) and keep hearing about art and music that I don't have, was there a pre-order bonus for art and music? If so, any chance for that as DLC later?

I needed to change DLC settings to get extra artworks. For some reason default was off.
Open "Properties" of this game in Steam Library, select "DLC" then check a box. Steam will start downloading it.

I think many people are missing this. What a waste.

Note: Bonus content is available to customers who purchase by 23:59 on Friday 30 September, 2022.

So Everyone got the DLC. You just need to enable it.

As Higon says, the pre-oder bonus is now available as "early-purchase bonuses".
If you have downloaded your DLC, look in Museum (Gallery or Music).
The titles of bonus music and Images will be highlighted in yellow.
