Am I the only one playing online?

I'm waiting 5-30 minutes for an online game, and canceling the queue if it's too long. The long waiting time is either a problem on my end or no one plays this on PC. What's happening? Please tell me before I request a refund.

I just finished Darkstalkers 1 arcade playthrough with all characters while searching for a match and I still didn't find one.

It's pretty sad tbh, the only way I've found to play this online is with friends/Discord servers (and fightcade isn't any better, there's like what, 11 people looking to play?

Darkstalkers was never as big or as good as people would have you think. The only thing it's good for is seeing the concepts Capcom would refine for it's Marvel Games and Capcom vs Games.

I refunded after 45 minutes. The Art is still great and 90s Fighting games always have the best music.

Darkstalkers is very good, but people don't know how to play it.

So far I've been playing 94 ranked matches online by queuing since the beginning for every games.

Here are some stats from those 94 matches online so you can get an idea of each game popularity (Obviously games with 3 is 1 player rematching 3 times) :
3 - Darstalkers
0 - Night Warriors
49 - Vampire Savior
3 - Vampire Hunter 2
3 - Vampire Savior 2
3 - Cyberbots
3 - Super Puzzle Fighter
12 - Super Gem Fighter
18 - Hyper Street Fighter II
0 - Read Heart

I faced the same guy 3 times at Super Gem Fighter, for a total of 9 matches, so it might be biased for this game, if that guy wasn't there, numbers wouldn't be so high.

I haven't had no issues queueing but your question highly depends on a few things. Do you have cross region matchmaking turned on? Which games are you trying to queue for? keep in mind most people online wise are trying to play mainly 2 games which are SF2 and Vampire saviors. I haven't done casual matchmaking so I have no input on that I only have played ranked modes and have found matches for most games but mostly SF2 and Vampire savior

i got cross region on and i get matches like every 2 min on average. Mainly Darkstalkers 4 and 5
