Account management
Hello there !

Is there any way I can check my account informations to be sure I won't lose anything when the mobile version comes out ?

When I click it in game I can only reset my progress and I didnt receive any mail when I created it so I have nothing to reset password etc...

I think everything is ok but I can't be sure :/

Hi kikivikikiwi -

Thanks so much for interest in the mobile version! I can confirm you are successfully registered and ready to play cross-platform. When you launch the mobile app for the first time, it'll start in the tutorial. From there, goto menu -> Settings -> Account -> Switch Account (or sign out if you prefer) and then login and you'll be able to continue your Steam games seamlessly.

Also, just a heads up in case you didn't see my earlier messages about this: The mobile version is free-to-download and monetized via optional paid expansions. While I designed it to sync game saves and progress between platforms, Steam entitlements do not carry over, so using characters not included in the Core set requires a DLC purchase on the mobile version (a bit similar to if you had bought the Steam version and wanted to play on Nintendo Switch would require separate purchase). Expansions purchased on mobile will work on any of the platforms where Abalon is available free (currently Google Play and Apple when the game releases in a couple weeks).

Just wanted to make sure I was upfront about this so everyone's aware. This was the most fair for me to sell the game for all players and support the continued development of the game :)

Woaw thanks for the nice and detailed answer !

I had unlocked everything prior to the patch but wanted to start from zero, that's why I ask for it, I dont want to put effort in game just to see in 2 weeks I cant sync my progress ;)

If by any chance you can send me my account informations by MP or at least to the mail registered so I could have it written somewhere it would be great because Im not even sure of the password I put and I cant test it as there is no way to create an other account :/

I understand your approach for the mobile version, thats very good transparency and I can assure you I'll bought everything 😄

For user privacy and security purposes, there isn't a way I can access or send you this information. Rest-assured, if you forget your login, you will be able to retrieve it in the mobile version using the automated account service I've provided.

While I have the opportunity, I wanted to say a big thank you for the game you created.

That's just everything I wanted and even more ^^

The only issue I see sometimes is the balance of the game but that's always a real pain to work on and seeing how vast the game is, all in all I find it fine.

Congratulations for your masterpiece and thank you for the updates and the fact that it's really easy to speak with you is a big plus !

I'm an idiot so can you please explain in some more detail how to transfer my steam account over to my apple version?
I put my steam account details into the Switch Account login screen on my iPad and it just says "the login details don't match our records." :msfrown:

I'll be posting an announcement with a visual walkthrough soon on this, but for now:

Within Steam:
Menu -> Settings -> Account -> Register / Link Account -> Register

On your iPad:
Menu -> Settings -> Account -> Switch Account -> Login with the info you registered on Steam.

Alternatively, if you've already registered an account with your iPad, you can link your Steam account to that as follows:

Within Steam:
Menu -> Settings -> Account -> Register / Link Account -> Link Account -> Login
