You can upgrade all your buildings, befriend/date/and marry. You can have 1 child as of now. Story is finished, unless they tack on later. You can decorate your house. Raise all skills. Tons of fish and cooking recipes. It is constantly getting updates, with not only bug fixes, but also new content, and things suggested to the devs from players.
Honestly this feels like the most complete early access game I have ever played.
Game is going full steam ahead. Unity walked back their BS anyway, for the most part.
