Imagine baiting without even understanding how settings work....
Lemme help your:
TAA is antialiasing and not upscaling
Same thing for DLAA
https://www.digitaltrends.com/computing/what-is-nvidia-dlaa/
You are welcome
Yeah, bad anti-aliasing. The kind that makes everything look like you've smeared grease all over the screen, same for DLAA.
I want that ♥♥♥♥ off, why is rendering the raw image without AI distortion such a tall order these days?
yeah i hate this anti aliasing. how the f do we disable this garbage
are you seriously defending games not having the basic option of disabling graphic options ? why are you on pc? go to console. gtfo here defending that ♥♥♥♥
> paid product
> "entitled"
Ok chief.
If you know so much why can't you answer a simple question?
WHY?
WHY can't you disable it?
WHY there is no OFF option?
How did this happen?
Why is technology evolving backwards?
How hard it is to code OFF switch for game to JUST RENDER the graphics?
The reason you can't disable it is probably the deferred rendering that doesn't support better methods like MSAA and the devs that often undersample shadows and effects to save performance and then they slap TAA on it. If you could disable it, things like lighting and shadows will likely break
Still, I don't want to go back to the dayxs of FXAA or just SMAA. I tried playing Assassins Creed Rogue one week ago as I enjoyed Black Flag and I thought give it a go, but damn that flickering mess is so outdated... DLSS at least is giving me a perfect stable image in 3440 x 1440 Quality Mode.
