Graphics are mixed, somewhere between okay and really ugly (especially reflections and sometimes lighting/shading) even on Epic settings. Disappointing demonstration of UE5.
I know it's not a AAA title, but surely this engine can make certain things look better without too much effort - especially some very basic things like all the reflections that cover large parts of the environment. I'm assuming they use Lumen whenever screen-space info is not available, but the quality is way too low.
I just can't get past how boring the combat is, I get Robo is supposed to be a slow, tank-like machine, but they made him sooooo slow, plus his gun is way too weak.
It should not take so many shots to down an NPC in this game, I stopped playing after I noticed the stupid NPCs with the metal helmets showing up.. give me a break.
Even if they are wearing armored headgear, it shouldn't take ten shots to down them. Especially if you'r targeting their legs/torso.. They make you feel so weak as Robocop it's like they completely missed the point. Damn shame, because the character model looks great and it's wonderful to hear Peter Weller's voice again.. but dammit. This demo was not fun.
