or the huge mod Religion and Revolution (ver 1.9, still active ---http://forums.civfanatics.com/showthread.php?t=473251). It is based on TAC.
Also, you might want to look at Age of Discovery 2 ---http://forums.civfanatics.com/showthread.php?t=292143.
These are big overhauls of the game that not only correct bugs and add a lot of stuff to the game, but make fundamental changes that correct balance problems, etc. in the original. Personally, I haven't decided which is the best yet, but they are all worth a look. You can easily add all three mods and choose which one on starting a game. Course, you can't swap game saves between mods, but whatever.
Clearly, Civ Fanatics has a lot more stuff if you are interested about these mods and others.
The vanilla game looks dumb after you installed TAC or AOD2.
