The game was too short

Honestly I feel bad. The ending felt a bit rushed.
The lore, the art, the music, I loved everything but for 80 I expected like 10 hours more.

Did full open world clear and took be 82h that is less than 1€/h. Might take most people more since i am very used to the cleaning the map on open world and have a very effective and methodical way of doing so.

Not sure what you expect in play time really. Most OW games have a arguably short story and a big open world to collect in and therefore is called open world and that should be included when talking about game time.

I got 1000 hrs from some rpg games, but I appreciate short games if they are really good, which is not the case of this game.

In this game you are simply free to choose how long you want your experience to last. People only interested in the main story aren't forced through 100 hours of open world exploration, while people more interested in that and don't like to rush through a story in 10 hours, can also have what they like. I like that approach.

You know, it's funny how so many of the same complaints in this forum were levelled at Horizon Zero Dawn when it came out. "Unlikable female player character" "too short" "uninteresting" et cetera.

Well no kidding, you can blow through all the main missions in HZD in about seven hours - speedrunners have proven this - but that gives you like no chance to just wander about and actually *experience* the world the game has put you in.

I clocked 120+ hours in the same game between the original stuff plus the Frozen Wilds and I can't fathom just wanting to rush the game at all.

I haven't bought Forspoken because it's like $93 Canadian, but I've seen playthroughs and I'm left wishing the streamer had explored more of the 'verse.

why does some one have to play the game these days? there are tons of twitch streams, a demo and plenty of reviews. thats more than enough to pass judgment on a bad product.

yea, I played through HZD for 100% achievements (1 play through getting 100% and 1 at max difficulty) and this game is longer even if i only did one run in this game i got more time played. The story length is about the same and the way they handle open world as well.

Forbidden west is even more boring, if you tried you might agree
I bought forbidden west only because it was 20£ for disk, just for the sake why not.
