The downfall of EA is them making the same games for the last 30 years, no cross-play and almost nothing new in each new game that comes out, the innovation they show is non-existent in an almost monopoly when it comes to sports games; such a shame.

The team mentions crossplay will not be included at launch, but could possibly be added at a later time. 2k had no crossplay at launch!

Yeah, because they're being pressed about it they've mentioned it, an obvious feature that should be in literally every online game at this point; but it should be a simple "Yes, we'll have crossplay" but it's not, they word it like "we're always looking how to expand our online features" or some other work around. $90 games for Canadians by the way and it's worth about 30.

bro stop complaining about canadas pricing, your currency is devalued compared to ours. $90 is actually cheaper than what we have to pay

It took 2k MONTHS to even add crossplay which would've took even longer had EA not been competition. Let's see how long it takes for EA to add it.

Not having crossplay on PC could break the game within weeks. 2K23 you cant find an online match 5 days after launch its unplayable online because of this stupid decision. Hopefully EA have more player pulling power, either way its a lazy stupid pathetic decision

Ahhhh. My brain hurts. £60 for EA 3 weeks from now with a "maybe" on cross play. Or £16 on steam deal for 2k right now WITH cross play. Price is annoying but I'd happily pay £50 more just for Cross play. Being a PC person now and my golfing mates being on Xbox, Cross play is the make or break for me. Sorry EA but my moneys going to 2K cos you could not provide an answer. It's a shame as I know the EA titles from my Xbox days and get the feeling the underlying mechanics and physics win with EA (I can trust the game design at least / a known to me). Mechanics is the secondary big draw to me after cross play but if 2K is 7/10 mechanics and EA is 9/10 mechanics then sorry it's irrelevant as I can't play with my mates with EA.

Most of my friends will be playing this on console and if we cant join up online that really sucks and lowers the value of this game.
