I have watched every playthrough online. I have restarted the sequence a dozen times. I have swam around through all the rings at least 50 times. I have followed the guy around... stayed a little ahead a little behind. For about 90 minutes. Every playthrough just shows people gently swimming around him and then swimming with him into the glass tube. But he simply won't follow me into the tube. He just won't and I can't find a single discussion of this part anywhere online. Just the slightest hint. Now...

Hello! I just played through this game and found it absolutely fantastic! I would love to complete the two missing achievements (see thread title) but I honestly have no idea what they are granted for, as there are no descriptions nor guides anywhere. Any hints? :)...

I did the initial stuff where I moved alongside a bunch of circles. Then I got to where I could generate a wave with the square button. Ok.... so then this seemed to shoot out a big circle.. so I rode that circle and dodged all the other level stuff until the circle stopped expanding. So now there was a massive circle that I could spend multiple minutes to circumnavigate. So when doing so, I run into some large crystal structures that intersect with the large circle. I can't interact with them... and they ...
