Does this affect any plugins?

Starting to experience an issue following a recent firmware update that causes massive bright flickering when opening the Steam side-bar menu whilst any game is running. This flickering is basically rapid frames passing of the game, the menu against a black screen, and a fully white screen.

Hey this is minor but on the 3.55 update where the changelog mentioned "Fixed touchscreen orientation while external display is connected", it has broken my external touchscreen inputs (they're flipped). Is there anyway to remedy this? Thanks.
