Docking Station with Lenovo keeps connecting and disconnecting

I am trying to connect my Lenovo Yoga 6-13ALC6 (Windows 10) via HDMI to my BENQ EW3270U via the docking station. But I only hear the Windows sound for a device being plugged in and a second later the sound for it being unplugged and this in a continuous loop.
I have sometimes managed to get a picture rather randomly and only when I have unplugged the power cable from the docking station.

My Steam Deck and my work Macbook work without this issue.

I also have this issue.

Tried updating USB controller drivers. Tried a cursory search for specific win10 steam deck dock drivers, did not find.

I can see it pop up on device manager, it is labeled as:
"Unknown USB device (Link in compliance mode)"
So I can't auto update it.
