Dock only works in gaming mode

So I setup my Steam Dock with two monitors yesterday. I got the Dock to update, so that shouldn't be an issue. I did get the dual monitors to work for desktop mode yesterday. Now it won't detect the monitors in desktop mode, but it will connect via HDMI to a monitor no problem in gaming mode. I've tried restarting the Deck and unplugging the cords on the Dock. Any ideas what the issue could be?

Update: If i plug in just the HDMI, one monitor works in desktop mode. Seems like an issue with the display port. But it was working yesterday, so I doubt it's the cord or the port itself. Perhaps a display or software issue with the deck or dock itself??
