How to get monitor to perform stated refresh rate?
Just today I got an MSI Pro MP273A monitor that supports up to 1080p and 100hz. Using what I figured out to be an iVoler 5-in-1 Steam Deck Dock though with an extra display port, I attempted to set the resolution to 1080p100fps and I got a black screen. I fixed it after a hassle, but I want to know if there is a step I missed so gaming mode can perform at 100fps/hz like the monitor says it can? Ideally still at 1080p and I can just adjust if needed in different games.

First & foremost, does this dock actually support refresh rates >60/s? DisplayPort isn't exactly one specification, it's a family of specifications (actually it's one specification in different versions developed over the years). So see if that dock supports that at all.

It's advertised as supporting 4K 60Hz or 1440p 120Hz. 1080p at 100Hz should be absolutely fine.
