I'll put them here, in case someone else in the future with the same problems need them:
* for the Samsung TV problem: go to the settings on your TV ---> General ---> External Device Manager ---> Input signal plus ---> activate the HDMI port where the Steam Deck is connected. After that, it seems like it recognize the console more easily (I'm still testing it, though).
* for the scaling issue: it was indeed the global scale option in the display settings, but even if you do "apply", it doesn't show it immediately (I don't know why), I had to restart the console. After, it was indeed scaled.
* I also managed to improve the scaling of the task bar, because weirdly it doesn't scale with the rest of the things: you have to right click on it, select "Enter Edit Mode", then increase the "panel height". Luckily this time it will show it immediately the difference, no need to restart the device. I've put 110, which is big enough to be seen for the couch
Updating the Dock fixed all of my issues and it's been running fine for several months since then. Please update the Dock if you still haven't yet, I know it's a really straightforward answer but the solution could really be that simple.
I'm sorry if it doesn't work, I've got no other options in mind. Some people seem to think that the official Dock doesn't like to operate well with Samsung TVs. So it's either only the people who aren't updating their Dock who are also suffering from those same issues, or there's a real compatibility issue at hand.
Edit: I wouldn't know for sure though, simply doing an update fixed all my problems, and hopefully it will fix yours as well. Seriously hoping it'll be the fix you were looking for, and good luck.
Hi, thank you for your help. I actually already answered the same day, because I've found alone a solution :) my dock was already updated, so it wasn't that.
