Which controller are you using?
Everything updated even in desktop mode?
Just tried it without the power source, no dice
Using Xbox one controller
What can I update in desktop mode? All I know is that the discover now stuff can be updated and that's usually just the emulators I use
Let's try this:
Switch to desktop mode and open a terminal.
type lsusb
There should be 6 entries.
Plug in your dock and a controller.
Type lsusb again
Now there should be more entries like Gigabit Ethernet, USB Billboard and so on.
I read on Reddit about some problems with USB-C drives and how changing the usb mode from drd to xhci in the BIOS/UEFI solved the problem. You might want to try that.
To try: Power off your devices -> press and hold Vol up while powering on, hold Vol up until you see a selection screen -> Setup Utility -> Advanced -> USB Configuration -> select "XHCI" -> then save and exit.
Ahh. you might be the only people who should consider RMA.
To make sure. Plugin a usb device and enter
The kernel log should dump events. You can send it to support and they will probably process the RMA. The might consider your deck defective too at some point.
