Steam Deck OLED UK Shipping time?

Does any one have any information on the shipping time for the UK?

I ordered my Steamdeck on the 27th and it's been stuck 'in transit' for 5 days now.

Same I ordered mine on 27th was updated on 29th dec saying parcel left the parcel centre in Netherlands not heard nothing else. I contacted steam support they said wait for 8 days if still not updated then let them know. Bit bad how they can’t update us

Yep Ordered mine on the 29th and in same position. no update for 6 days..

And I get it has been Xmas holidays but surely yesterday or even today we should hear something it’s not good at all as it says delivery between 5 to 8 days will see

I actually ordered mine on 28th Dec, and it said delivery was 3-5 days!. No update since 29th.. Tracking is poor, for a purchase of goods this value..

Yes I agree it v poor and I couldn’t order it before as didn’t have the money I ordered it as I haven’t got a pc and wanted to get Diablo 4 at the sale price what runs out tomo midnight am gutted it really is shocking as you say it’s not a cheap item so you expect better !!!

Bit of update I have just checked and it’s with parcel force ready for delivery today so just a look out on ur tracking as it’s jumped straight to out for delivery

So its being delivered via parcel force?
Do you get tracking so you can see where you are on the drops?
Does it require a signiture?

Mine was with parcel force and no parcel force just says out for delivery so it is literally any time in the day mine came in morning and no signature but they take a pic of it as proof of delivery

Thats terrible, for a high value package to just be left outside on your door step with no signature. And they dont even give you a time of day that they will leave it.
