Anti-Smearing mode/toggle for OLED

I would love to see a feature added to prevent the OLED pixels from turning off. I understand this may harm battery life and visual quality but the black smearing in games that show true blacks is really distracting and looks awful. The smearing is even present at max brightness and I would love to see a toggle added somewhere that is easily accessible while gaming.
