Add Copy/Paste in the controller config

I'd really like the ability to copy the configuration on left joystick, and then paste it to the left trackpad. Or visa versa. Or the right stick to the left stick, or the d-pad to the stick. Or a button with a bunch of activators to another button.

I spend more time in the configurator (on the deck and the steam controller) just swaping the functionality around to my preferred controls, and it's a pita. Templates can solve this SOME of the time, when it's a game using fairly standard controls. But it sure would be nice to have a copy/paste function, or even a swap function.

No Man's Sky makes great use of the maximum potential of steam input, but they use some defaults I don't care for, and going through 8, or is it 10, layers and making the changes over and over again is a real chore. Swap this control, adjust this deadzone, rewrite this dpad onto this stick, and again, and again.

Copy/Paste please.
