Disable non-steam games being displayed as playing now status

Really simple, would love the ability to make non steam games not show up as though I am playing them. For example running discord in game mode, I don't really want to tell everybody every time I launch discord nor do I want to outright disable game status. The ability to flag non steam games per game as private would be sweet.
