Audio balance

I know its been brought up, but iwant to bring it up too. I have hearing loss in my right ear and would really like to be able to balance the audio towards that ear so I can hear evenly

I feel you. I have hearing loss in the right ear as well. I have also tried going into desktop mode and adjusting the balance there. However, when going back into game mode the settings don't roll over. I hope Valve puts in accessibility options soon because it's a drag playing games that require audio cues.
