Please Remove KDE Wallet
It's really annoying and there isn't an easy way to stop it from popping up. Especially when you need to open Microsoft Edge for some stuff you have to inevitably use for.

You need KDE wallet for the DE to work since it store many keys and various crypto.

Change the KDE wallet to a blank password. You set the password for kde wallet and you login without entering your password which does not auth the kde wallet. The blank password should fix this issue.

When I mean login, I mean lockscreen like SDDM. Not the Steam client login.
