Settings Request: New Toggle to set Automatic Updates for all games globally to only update when launched or always

In Game Properties on updates there is a tab for "Automatic Updates" where it is default to "Always keep this game updated", Steam Games will always connect and update eventually when you try to play them, there's no way to stop updates and thaty's not what I'm asking for or the point of the post.

Under Automatic Updates there's another option, that's "Only update this game when i launch it"

I'm asking if you can add a new toggle to Setting < Downloads as either "Game Update Preference" or "Game Automatic Update Preference"(whatever you want to call it) to allow people to choose how they want updates handled client-wide instead of defaulting to "Always Update This Game"

Since the Steam Deck has low storage options like 64GB & 256GB, it's a good idea to give users more storage flexibility as we may have a game installed that we're not actively playing but plan too, taking up space from game dev updates or shader cache, this would be a good way to save space for those interested & since it's a setting it will be optional for Steam Deck / Client users.
