Metered Connection Mode

It would be nice if there was a way to set certain networks to "metered connections" similar to Windows. When in Metered Connection mode, the Deck would not automatically download any game or system updates unless approved by the user (Steam Cloud backups would either still be allowed, or an option to be allowed).

I have many games installed on my deck, and every time I turn it on, at least 20 of them have updates. Most are small (less than 10mb), but some are many GB in size. Typically, when I am on my home WiFi, this is not an issue. However, I sometimes play games on the go and tether to my phone to keep my friends list updated and to allow the Steam Cloud to backup by saves in case I break my Deck somehow.

I understand games need to update before they can play, but there should be a way to limit autoupdates based on what network you are connected to, and to only update games that you want to actually play. If a game has a 10mb update, that is fine to do on my hotspot. If a random game that I don't want to play has a 10GB update though, that hits the hotspot a bit too hard. If I want to play a game with a 10GB update, I either accept the hit on the hotspot and allow it, or don't play it until I get back on an unmetered connection, but that would be my choice.

It would be nice to limit what games update when on certain networks.

This is a critical feature for a "mobile/compact" device as the alternative means you either cannot connect via hotspot at all, or you risk huge bills/overages.
