Friends & Chat - On Deck status when online on Steam Deck

Certain games are not supported on the Steam Deck, and chatting may not be possible given the nature of the deck or circumstances of its used compared to desktop use.

An "On Deck" status alongside Online, Away, Invisible and Offline would be useful to inform Steam Friends of this.

Right now it says "in Big Picture" as my friends status tooltip when I'm on my Steam Deck playing Hogwarts.

A specific "Online - Steam Deck" status would be awesome because, it is a pain in the a** to try to answer stuff on Deck while you want to focus on playing and not staying "Invisible" to maybe join some public rooms on games.
