[OSK] Open keyboard on top / Swap keyboard position HOTKEY

There are a lot of scenarios where the automatic placement of the keyboard is not great and covers the textfield, making it impossible to see what you're typing, both in games and in desktop mode.

Suggestion: Add a key combo (Steam+Y seems VERY fitting for this), that if the keyboard is closed, it opens it directly on top of the screen, instead of bottom. The same key combo will also swap the keyboard position if it's already open, so that both forced top and bottom are easily achievable, even in the middle of typing (very useful for textfields that are right in the middle of the screen).

Also, if an extra keybind seems superfluous and possibly confusing to new users, the same Steam+X combo that's already used to open the keyboard could just swap its position if open already. It might need more key presses to bring it to the top, but still easy enough and most importantly: possible, at all.

8-month edit: Valve, this really should have been a dead topic by now, through the magic of you having solved this issue long ago... It really is low-hanging fruit.

Until Valve wakes up and solves this, for anyone interested, there's a 5 min process to do it yourself (no key combo as I suggested in the OP, but you can toggle its position through the Quick Access Menu):

1. Install Decky loader: https://github.com/SteamDeckHomebrew/decky-loader
2. Through the Decky plugin store, install the "CSS Loader" plugin
3. Through CSS Loader's Theme Manager, install "Top Keyboard" (filter for "Snippet" to easily find it).
4. Feel grateful for all the awesome people that give us their free time to make all this possible.
5. That's it, you now have a toggle to place the keyboard on top right in your QAM.

the keyboard literally already does this based on mouse position in desktop mode, how is this feature-add not the easiest win? i dont wanna play in desktop mode, i want my keyboard to move

Steam Deack is a jevel that has a huge scuff on it side - The keyboard!! Fix the godd damn keyboard! It seem like all other stuff was done by a professionals and keyboard was given to some child to make. It is so lame. No thransparacy, no resising no move around the screen.
