Add Workman keyboard layout

I saw that dvorak and colemak are possible selections, which is much appreciated. I used to use dvorak. I currently use the Workman layout and would appreciate it as an option for the virtual keyboard. I use it on my regular keyboard and my phone usually. Hopefully this doesn't become "well they can't just add every niche keyboard layout", as I'm pretty sure Workman is the next most popular after the currently added ones, and it set out to fix some usability issues with the colemak layout.

Somewhat related, it would be awesome also if the virtual keyboard and hardware keyboard could use separate layouts. Not sure yet if this is the case already. I have the workman layout used in the firmware of my keyboard using QMK, so it expects qwerty for its keys to be in the right place, but then if I'm in handheld mode I'd like the workman layout for the virtual keyboard. This functionality is in the Sway Wayland compositor already, letting you set per-device layouts and settings. I think Game Mode is also a Wayland compositor if I'm not mistaken, so perhaps looking at Sway can help with the implementation.
