PiP mode (Picture in Picture)

Would love this for the cases were you for example want to have a youtube video open or something similar while playing a game.

In desktop mode, you can put the game in windowed mode and do this.

The Steam Overlay should support this even on desktop as it'd be a far better solution than using windowed mode for the game and using pop out player of the browser over it and have the mouse go over it and click off the game and stuff.
Origin already allows overlay windows to be pinned on screen with the overlay closed and change their opacity, I often used to add my Steam games as Non-Origin games to use this functionality before I had another monitor.

+1 for this as well. It sort-of works in desktop using PiP from Firefox but so many games don't support a windowed mode that many (most?) games can't be played that way.
