Also, hi Robbaz!
Messed up on my TV, Capture card and passthrough, stuff that can be fixed with basic settings. Some even get stuck with 4k 30hz.
Desktop mode sadly don't use Wayland/Gamescope that's why playing through it feels choppy in many titles and all features that comes with gamescope is missing. But yes it's works great in desktop mode to even set up two monitors.
All i wish for is resolution options and perhaps scaling options.
Yes, please let us change the resolution in TV mode - having a 4k TV is great, but full HD is more than enough for most games.
Even upscaling to 4k results in a bad frame drop while playing in game mode.
Am I the only one who, connecting my Deck (game mode) to a 1080p TV, is forced to play games in a locked 800p resolution and an horrible letterbox?!
Only launching games from desktop mode let me change in game resolution...
It's been sorta added. Go to a game's properties before launch and set the resolution to "Native". That should let you go above 800p in-game.
I think they did it this way so that games won't try to run at 4k and destroy performance when you try to play handheld.
