Nested Bookmarks in Chrome Cannot Be Opened

When I'm using Chrome in gaming mode (or in desktop mode), I cannot open folders in my bookmark bar. When I click them they simply don't open.

I keep my system updated, so I'm on the latest chrome version and steam deck software. I'm not sure what other information I can report to help resolve this issue.

I'm willing to provide more information or perform debugging steps as necessary.
