Friends Tab Activity Not Refreshing - Feature Request to Remove Entries

The Friends Tab Activity is not refreshing or updating to match my recent activity. The most recent game is showing from 2/14/24, but Activity from the actual Steam client on my PC reflects other games I've played since.

Would be nice to have a feature to remove entries as I'd rather not have mature content easily viewable from here. Which is why I've been trying to figure out why the activity list was not updating.
