Steam Deck - Screen Freezes and becomes nonresponsive

Hey everyone,

Pretty psyched that my Steam Desk arrived today however, it's been a painful experience so far.

When the SteamDeck boots up, if I attempt to navigate to the settings, or boot a game, the screen of the steam deck freezes. I can hear sounds in the background when I navigate the menu, but the image on the screen is still frozen.

Does anyone know a fix for this? Spent a few hours now trying to fix with no success.

Steps Tried:

- Hard Reset
- Reset the BIOS by holding down Power, Volume Down & "..." button at start
- Reimage and fully reset the device.

*******UPDATE******

Ended up having to send the Steam Deck back as it was faulty - New one arrived and no further problems.
