Brand new Steam deck OLED 512 GB not working, Mostly not connecting to internet.

Internet connected just fine when I first booted it up, started trying to download games. In the setttings I noticed it required an update and so I approved the update. After that the device updated and went into offline mode and would not go into online mode even when connected to the internet. I tried resetting the device but it wouldnt reset no mater what I tried. I went into desktop mode and was able to download the games I had in the que so I figured it was weird but fine to keep. I played Manifold garden and went into the menu, and accidently clickd onto the "load save" portion. Now everytime I try to access the game menu (to save and quit the game) it just opens up to the load screen portion. Lost an hours worth of playtime because I could only access the load screen. Once again thought it was weird but okay. Turned it off, and it wouldnt connect to the internet. Trouble shooted it 30+ different ways from online forums and reddit posts, and somehow got the internet to work again when starting the device while holding down the "+" volume button and going into the battery portion then saving and exiting without doing anything. Was then able to download the rest of the que of games and figured the problem was solved. Once the games (Doom eternal, skyrim, manifold garden, Days gone) were finished I loaded up Days gone. It took forever to load and start and took me to the Main screen. Main screen said to push any button to continue, and yet nothing happened no mater what button I pushed. The only button that did anything was the "B" button which took me back to the menu start screen for the steam game. I noticed I was no longer connected to the internet, so I tried to connect to the internet and it keeps failing to connect. Somehow able to connect to the internet and factory reset the device. Now the device is unable to connect to the internet at all and fails every time. Steam deck is currently factory reset and at the sign in screen but wont connect to the internet. Connected after choosing the timezone, then when it went to the sign in screen it disconnected and wont reconnect.

Open an actual support ticket this sounds like an RMA (your unit may be defective)
