Steam Deck Dock - Output to Display Via HDMI Has Lines and Streaks

Problem: I'll plug my Steam Deck into the Official Dock, and steaks and lines show up on the TV (TCL 55"). They change as I move my dock around. (Using Nintendo Switch Official HDMI cable- occurs with other cables too.)

If any strain happens on the HDMI cable, the issue gets worse. (My HDMI cable can't be touching my fake potted plant.) :(
My Deck and Official Docking Station now have to be set on the floor.

Having the same issue. Finding nothing to help.

Refresh rate difference was causing this for me. Go into steam deck settings > display > and set your resolution with the correct refresh rate. I had to select 1920x1080@170.
