Download does not appear in queue; won't save data.

This bug may be specific to a game called Incision, but it's bizarre enough that support eventually pointed me here, promising deck wizards actually read these posts. I hope that's true!

I will copy and paste my original reports, with new information at the end.

The actual problem: Incision is designed to save progress at the start of each level and, while it gives me load button access at the start of level 2 as it should, closing and re-opening the game results in a reset of all progress.

Symptom/clue?: When I install Incision on my steam deck, it does not appear on the downloads page, nor is there an entry for it there when installation is complete.

Steps I have taken: uninstall, reinstall - both in game mode and desktop mode; uninstall, clear download cache, install; asking the dev directly via discord.

My theory as an idiot layman: I bought and refunded this game before buying it a second time because I decided it was worth it to find a functional control scheme. Maybe there's like... some kind of library or license conflict/garbage?

Anecdotally, a friend of mine is able to see Incision in his download queue during and after installation. He hasn't beaten the first level yet though, so no word on if the save permissions are in tact.

Additional important information: I think the first time I purchased Incision, it was as a solo product. The second time it was part of a bundle.

I was told to repair my library. Didn't work. In the end, I did a full factory reset to no avail. Here's two amateur YouTube videos I made to show them:

Pretty sure i just figured out why, hopefully your not dealing with this still after that long but i think it wasnt showing up cuz the game was marked hidden. Youll know if u dont see a game installed or installed in the all games tab on your deck, and have to search its name to even find it. On the settings button by the game config button on any game screen when u click the settings button and the dropdown menu shows up click manage and remove from being hidden. Hopefully anyone who finds this in the future may have luck with this like i did.
