and QAM together. If it comes back, then great. Either way, I recommend sending the unit back to Valve as it seems like a bad trackpad module.
Doesn't seem to work. I've held down the "Volume -" button and the QAM (...) button. The console makes a little chime sound, but doesn't seem to change anything.
Only things I haven't tried yet are a factory reset and opening it up to check the interior hardware components.
You're welcome to do what you want, but unless you find a loose connector to the trackpad system, you're probably looking at an RMA. Which Valve will happily do, AFAIK.
