Steam Deck Won't Turn On - Makes Noise When Trying to Power On (Help!)

Hi everyone,

I'm having a serious issue with my Steam Deck and I need your help. I haven't used it for a few months, but it worked perfectly fine before. Now, when I try to turn it on, it doesn't display anything and the operating system doesn't boot.

What happens:

When I press the power button, I hear the normal initial sound ("turum").
About 2-3 seconds later, if I try to press the power button again, it makes the same sound, which leads me to believe it never actually turns on.
I've noticed that when trying to power it on, I hear a small "tick" sound coming from the right side of the device. It sounds like something tries to turn on and then immediately shuts off. I suspect it might be the fan trying to spin unsuccessfully.
The screen remains completely black and cold.
What I've already tried:

Charging the device: I've left it charging for an extended period (despite it initially showing 90% before suddenly turning off).
Force restart: I've held down the power button for over 10 seconds.
Trying to enter the BIOS menu: I've tried the Volume + and Power button combination, but it hasn't worked.
Specific button sequence: I've tried holding down Volume - and Power for a few seconds.
Using the original charger (now I am): I initially used my Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra charger, but I'm now using the original Steam Deck charger.
Trying to turn it on without being connected to the charger.
None of these solutions have worked so far. The behavior is always the same: initial sound, "tick" from the right side, and it doesn't power on.

Has anyone else experienced a similar problem or have any ideas what might be happening and how I can fix it? Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
